Overview

The Yeastar P550 is a modular, on-premise IP PBX. It’s built for growing small and medium businesses, supporting up to 50 users and 25 concurrent calls. As part of Yeastar’s P-Series Appliance Edition, the P550 brings voice, video, and messaging together on one platform. This makes it easy to manage from day one. Connectivity & Expansion

The P550 offers flexible telephony expansion to match almost any office setup. It supports up to 8 FXS ports, 8 FXO/BRI ports, and 4 GSM/3G/4G ports, all in modular configurations. It also includes 2x Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and 1x USB port. That USB port supports up to 2TB of external storage, so you can expand capacity for call recordings and voicemail with ease.

Call Management & Collaboration

The P550 includes built-in call center functionality, giving you queue management, real-time monitoring, and detailed reporting out of the box. Therefore, staff can also manage calls, presence, and chat from anywhere, using Yeastar’s Linkus UC Clients on desktop, mobile, or web. Meanwhile, remote extensions and multi-site connectivity keep distributed teams working on one unified system.

Security & Reliability

In addition, Yeastar built the P550 with SRTP and TLS encryption, plus an anti-hacking IP blocklist. Together, these protect your business communications from common VoIP threats. Yeastar also provides free lifetime firmware and software upgrades, so your system stays current without extra licensing costs.
